I joined the Council 3 yrs. ago and in September 2020 I was elected Chair. I have been married to Jan for 38yrs and have 2 married children and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy walking my dog, DIY, travelling and being with family and friends. Since becoming a Councillor I have seen how the Parish Council is the voice acting as a conduit between residents and the District and County Councils.
I see my role as Chair as ensuring that the Council continues to use its very limited resources to represent the whole community by providing quality services and facilities for residents of all ages whilst keeping the Council on a firm financial footing.
